First time trying Amla

I wish I got this survey about a month or two from the point that I received the product not two days after because I can’t give a complete review. I was anticipating the taste would be a problem, but it compliments my Keto Coffee nicely. I am Presently waiting to see if internet anecdotal claims that were my basis for purchasing Amla come to fruition.

Amla hooked

Although the taste is as described, I don't take amla for the taste. I add it to my morning coffee which seems to be compatible along with my mushroom powders. I am very impressed with the benefits of amla and find that it improves my workouts. I anticipate skin benefits as well...I'm hooked!
